Special Materials Processing

Ti-6Al-4V (TC4, Ti64, ASTM Grade 5)

Ti-6Al-4V is an excellent material with strength and toughness, but it is difficult to process plastically. We have continued to study this material and have established a processing technology. We have achieved bending and drawing by cold working without using heating equipment. With this unique technology, we manufacture high pressure resistant cylinders for rockets.

Magnesium Alloy

Magnesium alloy, which is lighter than other metals, is a difficult material to plasticize because it cracks during bending and drawing. We have developed our own equipment for processing magnesium plastically. We are capable of prototype to small- and medium-volume production. We manufacture components for photographic equipment and attaché cases, where there is a need to reduce weight.

Laser Cutting

We have both fiber and CO2 laser processing machines. With the latest equipment, we can produce prototypes with laser processing best suited to the customer’s needs. Laser cutting is possible not only for stainless steel, brass, and aluminum, but also for highly reflective materials such as copper. We can also handle a wide range of materials from thin to thick plates.

Bending

Our skilled technicians perform the bending process with great care. We can handle large size bending and complex bending processes.

Welding

We use various welding processes for joining, including robotic fiber laser welding, semi-automatic arc welding and tungsten insert gas (TIG) welding. The best welding process is selected according to the material and plate thickness.

Stamping

Small-quantity stamping prototypes are avaiable. We can produce simple dies at low initial cost and offer small-quantity stamped components. Our deep-drawing fabrication and complex progressive press products are appreciated. We offer high quality products at low cost.

Design

A variety of 3D data formats are acceptable, moreover hand-drawn drawings can be converted into 3D data. Our talented designers convert your desired shape into a drawing.

We have extensive experience and knowledge in processing a wide variety of materials. Our factory always has over 800 types of materials in stock. Our abundant stock of materials allows us to process and supply them quickly.
We also accept orders for materials that are difficult to process, such as Ti64 (Ti-6Al-4V) and magnesium alloy. We have experience processing a variety of special materials, and can respond to a wide range of requests.
