Special Materials Processing

Ti-6Al-4V (TC4, Ti64, ASTM Grade 5)

Ti-6Al-4V is an excellent material with strength and toughness, but it is difficult to process plastically. We have continued to study this material and have established a processing technology. We have achieved bending and drawing by cold working without using heating equipment. With this unique technology, we manufacture high pressure resistant cylinders for rockets.

Magnesium Alloy

Magnesium alloy, which is lighter than other metals, is a difficult material to plasticize because it cracks during bending and drawing. We have developed our own equipment for processing magnesium plastically. We are capable of prototype to small- and medium-volume production. We manufacture components for photographic equipment and attaché cases, where there is a need to reduce weight.

We have extensive experience and knowledge in processing a wide variety of materials. Our factory always has over 800 types of materials in stock. Our abundant stock of materials allows us to process and supply them quickly.
We also accept orders for materials that are difficult to process, such as Ti64 (Ti-6Al-4V) and magnesium alloy. We have experience processing a variety of special materials, and can respond to a wide range of requests.
